He'd be a good coach for us, dammit.I think he would be a good coach for them

It's a toughness thing. I think Vrabel just would bring a different level of intensity and toughness to the team. Part of the problem in Dallas is that our guys just seem soft when it comes to big games or big moments. Dan Campbell isn't some sort of a brilliant head coach. And he makes all kinds of dumb decisions in my opinion. But he brings a lot of toughness and direction to that team.
Amen. I don't see why people weren't impressed with his Tennessee teams. Of course they weren't going win it all with Tannehill at QB, but they were damned tough and physical and gave the best teams all they wanted. The playoff game where he outsmarted Belichick with running that time off the clock was epic. It's a toughness thing. Who the hell is going to watch that garbage?I predict failure.
The Skins are even worse, they have like 6 wins against teams in the top 5 of the current draft order plus a hail mary win, plus two wins against backup/3rd string QB's.Stole this and thought it was pretty interesting. I keep hearing that the Packers are a dangerous team to play in the playoffs. On the surface, I guess I could see that. But looking at their 11 wins? Yikes.

I agree with this in principle but it's a lot harder to establish that type of 'grit and grind' culture in Dallas for various reasons that have been discussed ad nauseam on this site. It's a toughness thing. Well that I agree with. Dallas needs someone that isn't afraid to make Jerry uncomfortable like Parcells did. Unfortunately that's why we won't ever see a guy like Vrabel hired. It's going to be guys who won't give Jerry any push back.I agree with this in principle but it's a lot harder to establish that type of 'grit and grind' culture in Dallas for various reasons that have been discussed ad nauseam on this site.
