There's no chance a meniscus injury puts 2025 in danger unless there's some shady shit behind the scenes.
What could go wrong when you leave your cap decisions to Rosie O'Donnell and a guy whose last job was in a restaurant?
True, but we're also pulling this off with no QB, an average RB, one legitimate passing threat, and injuries all over the roster. And the reality is, our "resurgence" has come against some bad to awful teams

I'm very impressed by McCarthy's ability to both compete and also keep the locker room together in what has been a lost season since early October.
He's earned the right to return. I just hope that he uses all the leverage that he has to convince the organization to change some things if they want him to return.
Finishing with a winning record would be a great accomplishment by itself given the injuries this team has faced and under-estimation staffing RB and DT.
Obviously I'm rooting for each win in the moment, but I'm ambivalent at this point about each loss.

Be careful what you wish for because it could/probably be a lot worse. I was ok moving on from Mike when Belichik was available. Now im not so sure. I know he is going to at least interview Moore and that scares the hell out of me.If we are able to finish better than 7-10, I think it is a testament to McCarthy's coaching ability. This team was set up to fail and he's won in spite of that. Having said that, it is still time to move on from him.

The wailing and gnashing of teeth will be glorious when the Bucktooth from Boise is named our HC.

Everyone plays bad teams, though. There are more of them than ever in the NFL this year. It's not like anyone plays the Bills/Chiefs/Lions every week.
