I actually don't mind if they do. I honestly hope Oregon wins. They deserve it. They have been the best team in college football all year.

I don't have any problem with them.

If it's not Texas, then I hope it's Penn State or Oregon.

The only team I strongly don't want to win it is Georgia. I'd say it's my dislike for the SEC bias. For some reason Texas doesn't feel the same to me.

DeSean Jackson always comes off as fairly intelligent and likable guy, so I understand why Delaware State would take a chance on having him head their football program.

Vick on the other hand is a head scratcher. Even if you dismiss the felony dog fighting charges and only judged him on his football acumen, he had a long history of not studying and taking his profession seriously. I know he's probably matured a lot since then, but that would still be a huge red flag for me.

It's not going to happen, the conferences will just keep consolidating either into two big separate conferences like the NFL or into a single big league.

Yep, I hate it. It's already just a different pro league, only with no cap, few rules, and everyone is a free agent almost every year. Before long it won't even have any association with the schools other than the name.
