It's funny, though:

BIll Belichick, possible GOAT coach: Interviews with the Falcons and North Carolina Tarheels

Ben Johnson, never been a head coach before: Demands 12+ million dollars one year, then says he's too good even go to job interviews.

Yeah, I'm hoping Ben Johnson coaches the Giants and becomes the next Brian Daboll.

For those who don't know, Jeanty is playing tonight on the big Fox. Game is on right now. First time I'm seeing him live.

I think we kinda have to take him unless Graham somehow drops to 15 or whatever the pick ends up being. Maaaaaybe Harmon or Starks but that might be it.

Carter is going top 5-7 so I don't even think he's worth mentioning.

Jeanty's 5 70+ yard TD runs tied Tomlinson's record from 1999 and he might be damn near the best RB prospect since Tomlinson.

I can't believe Bill would even entertain such an idea.

But that guy and/or his "source" might be full of it, too.

That's comical and gross.
The 18 year old girls or the part about his son?

What the hell does naming someone as head coach in waiting even mean? It's not like he would actually be entitled to the future head coaching job. All it really does is guarantee him a spot on the staff.

And ask Kirk Ferentz how well that works out? He was basically forced to fire his own son. Who is the main reason Iowa's offense has been set back so badly. They finally started to look respectable this year, once little Ferentz got the boot.

The son, I'm fine with 18 year old girls.

He might be full of it. But I will say he seems to have a bunch of details. And he's followed by Hellman, Mosher, Choppy, and...Marc Andreesen (?).

I find it hard to believe interest from the NFL would be thin. If that's true, the NFL is dumber than I thought.

Just because Blank was dumb enough to hire Raheem Morris over him doesn't mean everyone else is. Or at least, I don't think so. :unsure

So back to a McCarthey extension and status quo.

I'm not too thrilled but I guess if it's not Belichik then I would be OK with it. Just don't trust Jerry to find anybody better unless it's so damn obvious it smacks him in the face.

I will just deal with another 3 years and see if changes ever happen.

I'd prefer either of the Lions coordinators, Johnson is unlikely but I'd be happy with Aaron Glenn.

Will Jerry hire a HC with no prior experience?

Probably not but maybe if he has a pre-existing relationship with them like Glenn as a former player.

Of course I'm sure this is all moot and if we end up getting rid of McCarthy it'll probably be fucking Moore with Zimmer staying as DC.

I bet more likely it's this guy.

Or, they look at him being old as hell, and what he’s done before and after Tom Brady.
