I couldn't agree more, and I think that's why there's a correlation between him using his legs and playing better overall when he does.

I don't know what it is about him rushing a few times a game, but it's almost like it settles him and or gives him confidence.

It's happened enough times now that I don't think it's a coincidence whatsoever and that running with the ball improves his play as a passer.

The play that he scored a TD on was what I have been talking about for a while now.

Usually, he hands off and fakes a run but nobody bites and Pollard gets swallowed up. This time he actually kept it and took it to the house. He needs to do this more often. It will keep defenses guessing.

So, basically the same sort of shit we saw last year except with more of an emphasis on shorter routes/ball control and a bit more conservative situational football.

It's no coincidence that both offenses last night looked relatively similar and it's because neither is on the cutting edge of offensive design.

Item 1. Contact with Receiver. It is interference if a player of the kicking team contacts the receiver, or causes a passive player
of either team to contact the receiver, before or simultaneous to the receiver touching the bM. -It is not a foul if a kicking team
player is blocked into the receiver- or the contact is the result of a foul.

How could they be confused? They were the only two within five yards of Turpin. It was pretty obvious as to what happened.
