However, Lisa Whelchel refused to appear in this episode as it conflicted with her firmly held values. Whelchel, a practicing Christian, did not want to appear to condone sex before marriage. This was the only episode of the series in which Blair did not appear.

That is where it all went off the rails. There is no way Natalie got her cherry popped before Blair.
