We got a little taste of that today, too.No, not even STFU.
Just don't be retarded.
Stop trying to make the facts fit your agenda instead of the other way around.

They're similar in that they are big guys with impressive agility for their size but I think that's where the comparisons stop.Nothing at all like Alstott.
Well, let's hope that this injury turns out the way it did when Roy Williams got hurt in 2009 and forced us to go to Miles Austin.I am disappointed that Leupke didn't get more of a chance to run the ball with our big lead. Especially considering Rico was hurt and didn't play in the 2nd half.
Fix that shit, Fat Mike.
The way you reacted when he scored said it all .Nope.
But I did read that tweet when it was posted like 2 hrs ago. :)
Feh.Y’all should be thinking John Kuhn when talking about Luepke.
What about Bison Lance ?Feh.
I was thinking more like Jesus in cleats.

What about him? I wasn't pimping him saying we needed to have him on this team. We weren't even close to being in the right position to draft him. And no, I would not have wanted to trade up for him. Especially not for what the niners paid to do so.What about Bison Lance ?
I don't honestly remember. But I do remember them using both guys as a thunder and lightening approach.I remember Alstott being a hammer running the ball, but not much of him as a receiver. Was he good at it? I honestly don't remember.
And I know he was there the same time as Warrick Dunn. Did he lead block for him? I don't remember that, either.
Leupke has some running power. But I wouldn't say he's on the level of Alstott in that regard. He's kind of a tweener back, imo. Not quite as quick as a lead back, but faster and more nimble than your traditional FB.Yeah Alstott was a tank that just rolled over guys. I don't see that in Leupke.
Juszczyk is actually the back I thought of when we got him. But he doesn't really run the ball. So not sure that's a great comparison either.Leupke has some running power. He'll never be a feature back. But he's a guy that can carve out a long, productive career if he finds himself in the right situation. I hope that's with us.
Alstott vibes?I told you guys this about Leupke since his senior year at NDSU. That we needed him.
Maybe now you guys will accept me for the football savant I am, and never again question anything I say.
One small thing, tho. He wasn't just a short yardage and redzone specialist in school. The dude would straight up dominate games all over the field. I realize it's a pretty big jump from NDSU to the NFL. But the guy has skills we should be using. He is a lot better receiving back than people realize. And we're seeing he has a little wiggle in the running game, too. And he can block.
I hate to compare him to The Moose. So I won't. There may never be another Moose. But I think Leupke can be the best FB type player we've had here since then.
It's hard to come up with a decent comparison. Leupke isnt your traditional FB, where he's mainly just a blocker. And he isn't your running FB like an Alstott or Riggins, either. But really, were those guys actually FBs? It said so on the roster, but they were just big, overgrown RBs, really. It was pretty rare to see them do actual FB things, like lead blocking.Juszczyk is actually the back I thought of when we got him. But he doesn't really run the ball. So not sure that's a great comparison either.
Nope. See above. Different kinds of players.Alstott vibes?
