Not really sure how that one was on Dak. But ok. Gallup got held like a mother fucker and the pass rusher didn't fall for the fake. Some people really want to see the bad.
Stop trying to make it about this game alone. It's 6 plus years of Dak history. You can win a sh!t ton of regular season games with him and this defense. I've just finally resigned myself to understanding this team will not go to a SB with him.

Pollard needs another featured back. He’s not as explosive as previous years
Nothing they can do this year unless they swing a trade or some schlub off the street comes in and surprises.

Even if they do work out a reasonable contract with him in the offseason, I think we'll see them make a real effort to add another back to the mix. This year they kind of just settled for an internal solution.

Is it just me or did it look like Kearse could have intercepted that ball?

I mean you're the one making it about this game.

If the offensive starters come back out here, I really hope we don't go slinging it around like we did the last drive.

McCarthy talked about how our play calling in certain situations needed to be smarter and yet that last drive was a classic killing more sort of series.

We threw the ball every 1st down and I don't understand why.

Oh, we're a good team. There's no question. We'll likely get 10-12 wins. Maybe even win the division.

But none of that matters until we break through in the post season.

The Cardinals loss doesn't bother me for what it does for the season (other than potential seeding), but more so for what it says about this team's ceiling.

The difference is that I know a team like SF can get deep into the playoffs because they've done it. We haven't.
And they're doing with a QB people thought last year wasn't as good as half the league.
