I read somewhere that Irvin-Aikman is the highest percentage of single WR comprising a QBs' career stats. After this amazing CeeDee season, here's % of Prescott's stats from CeeDee vs % of Aikman's stats from Irvin.
On another note, can we respond if playoff opponents go extreme to shutdown CeeDee.
| Year | QB | Completion % | Yard % | TD % |
| 1992 | Aikman | 26% | 41% | 30% |
| 1993 | Aikman | 31% | 41% | 47% |
| 1994 | Aikman | 31% | 40% | 31% |
| 1995 | Aikman | 40% | 49% | 63% |
| 2023 | Prescott | 33% | 39% | 33% |
| | | | |
Example - CeeDee's 1,749 receiving yards is 39% of Prescott's 4,516 passing yards.
Not 100% accurate, but should be accurate enough, as I didn't scrub out mid-game stats from backup QBs that Aikman/Prescott started, ie when Aikman/Prescott rested in blowouts, injured mid-game, Cedric Wilson throws, etc. Same thing for plays Irvin/Lamb were not playing, but they started all 16/17 games. I took out the four games stats for Irvin that Aikman was inactive for.
