Fair point. He really did not have much say on his staff, almost all of them with zero relationship with him other than Nussmeier.

Do you feel bad for Kellen?

No because he hasn't done well there at all. I'd say, usually give an OC plenty of time to sort of implement his system. Those things can take a little time. But it would be different if the Chargers offense looked great and they were just constantly in shootouts. Prior to Herbert's injury I don't even think the talent on offense there was bad at all.
