This the third season we're saying this. He seems to be pretty selective about where he might go and seems to be enjoying his time here.. I'm not convinced we'll lose him this offseason.

Also it'd be surprising if the chargers hire another defensive HC.

Yeah, I don't see a lot of demand for 50+ year old defensive coaches. I think most still want the O'Connell or McDaniel types.

Quinn isn't going anywhere unless Seattle opens up, and even then I'm not completely sure he'd take that. Might depend on how this season finished and if he thinks there's a chance he becomes the HC here in the next year or two if we don't at least make the NFCC.
