From small college Oline coach, to bigger college Oline coach, to elite program Oline coach to NFL offensive line coach. Props to him that he didn't really aspire for more. Just be a great offensive line coach. It's the most important positional coach there is in my opinion.

There is no question in my mind. Even more than QB in a way.

That is one thing I think may hold us back and that is what we have in Solari.

He is an old coach. And he will inevitably fall into a stage where he is not able to keep up, just like Nolan.

There seems to be a real desire with Tepper to blame it all on the coach, when a lot of the personnel decisions they made on the line, plus injuries were a bigger deal.

This guy coached McCarthy's Packers to hold the shit out of every damn body a short time ago.
