Grier at least has some upside. He has more mobility and is just a better thrower of the football. The guy could be an outright turd but he easily looked better in preseason.

Grier has an impulsive side that Rush doesn't have.

Cooper Rush is like another Jason Garrett.

Cold. Robotic. Could last a decade plus as a backup without ever showing any inkling he could ever be more than a one game fill-in.
