Deion made huge changes to the program very quickly and caught a load of resistance and nay-saying in the process, some of it openly from the media. Some of it was said about his own son. Deion is talking to those people.

A lot of the resistance was from the media who covers them because they didn’t like that he basically told every player from last years team to transfer out because they weren’t good enough and he’d bring in his own team. He had something like 70+ transfers in, including all his starters.

He may not have been wrong in that assessment since they won like 1 game, but it wasn’t a good look.
