This is true, Steele was awesome at RT in the run game, moving him around to the left side and then out of the lineup made a difference.I think we can. Think how much better the left side of the line is and will be from last year: Broken down Tyron-Williams-Biadasz vs Smith-Peters-Biadasz. And I still like Steele more than Collins. Eatman said Zack Martin told them in camp that if you notice, last year they stopped running the ball well when Steele got moved out.
It won't matter if they do, they'll go back to believing he's Aaron Rodgers all over again. We need to give Dak this running game. The guy basically always wins when we run for 100 yards.
Hater.
Pollard looks really good. Going into the game yesterday I was thinking, you can't count on Pollard to break a big run off in every game. And then he turned around and did it again yesterday (I guess the Bengals play was technically a pass but it was really a run). Pollard is a different kind of horse than those 2014 and 2016 teams but if you combine Pollard and Zeke, you get pretty close. It's just 2 guys doing it instead of 1.It won't matter if they do, they'll go back to believing he's Aaron Rodgers all over again.
I'd like to get back to that 2014 & 2016 offense, but don't think we have the horses(#21) for it.
4-4 unless we somehow beat the Rams. I just don’t see it.
Letting Collins go for nothing was stupid. It won't matter if they do, they'll go back to believing he's Aaron Rodgers all over again.

No, I'm loving it but Rush's performance isn't sustainable.Hater.
Definitely built to run the ball and Dak plays so much better when we play action.Pollard looks really good. This O-line really looks like it is built to run the ball. I'm feeling stellar about Smith. Guy is taking 2 or 3 guys out on some plays. Biadasz has me feeling good, I think he is under the radar playing really well at center. Steele and Martin have been a great combination on the right side now for a couple of years. And if Peters is playing LG, wow, you've got some real power. Basically I think this team is built to run the ball. So do it. And make defense stack the line again and let Dak actually use the play action effectively. Our offense fell apart last year at the same time our running game fell apart. Don't make the same mistake this year.
So , if defense keeps us in, Rush doesnt have to carry the team. Win, win.No, I'm loving it but Rush's performance isn't sustainable.
Defense is going to keep us in every game.
Not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted, but I agree.Letting Collins go for nothing was stupid.
He is a starting OT. get almost anything in trade or keep him and let him walk when his contract is up and take the comp pick.
Because we like them 3 super bowls. Not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted, but I agree.
Why is the GM not constantly harrassed about those questionable moves this offseason?

I feel like we're going to let Pollard walk with a lot of tread left on his tires, but hopefully they start leaning on him more this season.
This sounds like Joe Fan talk, I know, but it would be nice to get Dowdle some snaps. I don't recall his name, but the rookie UDFA RB had really nice balance in the couple preseason games I saw. It's time to forget about depending on Zeke for shit, he just doesn't have the burst anymore.
Right, so 4-4 when Dak comes back.So , if defense keeps us in, Rush doesnt have to carry the team. Win, win.
If the defense starts scoring some points, all bets are off.So , if defense keeps us in, Rush doesnt have to carry the team. Win, win.
and the Cooper fuck up gets some play nationally. Pretty high visibility player to let go for peanuts. Not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted, but I agree.

You resereve the right to change your mind.If the defense starts scoring some points, all bets are off.

This was the post I mean to quote Regarding CollinsThis is true, Steele was awesome at RT in the run game, moving him around to the left side and then out of the lineup made a difference.
I never really minded the Collins move, although we should've played it closer to the vest to get a pick for him, it's just the Cooper move that sticks out like a sore thumb.
Dowdle has to get some first and he is strictly STs.Malik Davis is the guy you’re thinking of…would like to see him get some playing time
So I'm assuming a loss to the Eagles and Rams in your mind. Who is the third loss to? The Skins, Bears or Lions?4-4 unless we somehow beat the Rams. I just don’t see it.
If we lose to either Washington, Detroit and especially Chicago, we don’t deserve a thing. So I'm assuming a loss to the Eagles and Rams in your mind. Who is the third loss to? The Skins, Bears or Lions?
I feel safe saying 5-3 personally. I think we lose to the Eagles and Rams with an outside chance of beating one of them. But we also have that same outside chance of losing to the Bears, Skins or Lions. Which puts us at 5-3 but could be 4-4 or 6-2 possibly.
Of course I think Dak is back by the Philly game if I had to guess. Unless we beat the Rams and then I wouldn't be surprised if Dak "needs more time"
