Raise your hand if you expected anything different.

The cap is rising next year and the year after that, especially when the Amazon Sunday Ticket bid hits.

He is once again, thinking that everyone is stupid and don't realize what he is saying is complete horseshit.

They basically just have to buy time until the cap explodes again, but these gumps are probably going to cut Cooper and Lawrence and use the savings to sign Schultz for 12/year like a couple of fucking morons.

They can restructure anyone they want and just prepare for the cap to inflate. Instead, he likes painting a picture for the ignorant to think he is like really really good at cap management. Uh...we are over the cap and this is this fuckhead's solution. Go look at the other teams in the red handle it and watch how they do it without somehow lopping off two quality players to get it done. It doesn't happen.

Yea, we could easily just "restructure" (often times it's just an automatic trigger) Dak, Cooper, Lawrence and perhaps Martin, cut Jarwin, Trysten Hill and Zuerlein and we'd save around $40-45 million.

That'd leave us with about $20-25 million in space, subtract like 7 for our draft class or whatever and we have $15-20 left.

That's plenty to re-sign Gregory, Anger, Kearse, Wilson and/or Gallup, and a couple of chuds like Carlos Watkins or whoever, then wait for the cap to inevitably explode next year or the next.

This seemed like a good idea at the time.

If anyone is still in the dark as to why this team hasn’t gone to a Super Bowl in 26 years, just read and reread that statement above. Goof and PT are running their own version of an NFL team blueprint and that blueprint sucks dick.

Yea, although the roster last year could've won a Super Bowl if you just transplanted it in Baltimore or something. The real problem may just be the organizational chaos that swirls around Jerry and seeps down to the players, coaches, etc.

Like, Stephen is a jackass, but I don't think he's going to be as personally buddy-buddy with the players and out in the media talking about replacing his HC of 2 years.
