"I wish to hell all I had to worry about was a ball hitting the screen or a little sun getting in there," Jones said. "Conditions and elements have been a part of football since it was spelled the first time. No. That’s about 10,000 on my list of things to worry about. And, no, we’re not going to do anything with it."

Jerry is right, the coaches should know better.

Definitely a fireable offense for Kellen.

Are you being existential?

The curtains do exist. We choose not to put them up.
Jesus fucking Christ. Are you guys really this dense? THEY WERE NOT UP DURING THE GAME. Should they have been? Absolutely. But they were not. And the coaches knew this. Yet still called for a fade right into the glare.

We're talking past each other. Yes, the stadium should have curtains, but Jerry thinks otherwise. The coaches and players have to adjust and play in a stadium as it actually exists, not how they want it to be. That means not foolishly throwing it into a solar flare.

I'm talking about in real time on the field. There are no curtains and probably never will be, so you gotta plan ahead.
One would think that it would take less than 13 years to address it, ... er plan ahead.

I love Pollard’s ability, but he will need a running mate to be at his best. This makes it tough to pay him at the top of the RB market.
He should get around $8-10/year while Elliott takes a pay cut, if he refuses just draft someone to partner with Pollard.

Exactly. We'd have to overpay to keep him. No thanks.
