I have mixed feelings on this. Still mad about that awful clock management but at least we won
I will definitely take it. Zuerlein owed us one anyway.

Nah but thanks for your sweet take though.Hey smitty, stop pissing all over the win. realize the state of the nfl and enjoy it, ya dumbass.
I guess the dorks in the national media will now have to move on to another angle for their doom and gloom Cowboys "analysis".198 total rushing yards
Zeke 16 for 71
Pollard 13 for 109
CeeDee for 13
Cedric for 5
Take away the 48 yards end-of-half for Dak and he only had 22/26 for 189 yards passing.
Eeesh. what do you make of that?
Yeah you have to approach it thinking 46 yarder at worst. Guess they thought that last run would get more. We had been breaking them. You have t try to get more yards there, regardless. To even approach it any other way is ridiculous. I am glad we won. We should have tried one more play before we set up for a 56 yarder. a 56 yarder.
I didn’t say it was.
I said all coaches make these mistakes from time to time.
And the defense kept 2 safeties deep most of the game. So you run.No ‘eeesh’ about it. Different team, different game plan. I have ZERO problem with those numbers.
We went into this game with our 3rd or 4th tackle starting, going up against one of the best pass rushing DEs in the NFL. Does that tell you we should have thrown the ball 50+ times? It sure as hell doesn’t tell me that.
I wouldn’t say I’m satisfied with our offensive performance this week.Good to see we can go pass happy or run heavy depending on what we want to do without a problem.
Did you not hear Romo at the beginning of the game? The Chargers play their safeties quite a bit deeper than most teams. Hard to have that long passing game vs them. Short/intermediate passes and run, run, run for 200 yards.198 total rushing yards

The only issue I have with the passing game numbers is that the offensive line played pretty well in both the run and passing games, so I don't know where this concern came from that made the offense go to a horizontal passing game for the final 3 quarters. No ‘eeesh’ about it. Different team, different game plan. I have ZERO problem with those numbers.

Kearse was shockingly good. Honestly he deserved a pick too. Really impressed with the way he played. As much as we all hate Jaylon Smith, he actually played like a passable rotational LB today. LVE and of course Parsons were better but he actually looked like he belonged in an NFL game.
We'll see how long it lasts but it's nice to see.
Agreed. This was easily his best game in a while. He's still slow to get out to the flats on swing passes to RB coming out of the backfield but overall he was solid today. As much as we all hate Jaylon Smith, he actually played like a passable rotational LB today. You’re arguing with the wrong guy. I’ve already said I would have ran another play. You have to try to get more yards there, regardless. To even approach it any other way is ridiculous. I am glad we won. We should have tried one more play before we set up for a 56 yarder. a 56 yarder.
