Yeah, time frame is an important part of this. If we start in 1960, I think I'd rank it like this:

1. Washington 2. Eagles 3. Packers 4. 49ers 5. Steelers 6. Giants Honorable mentions: Rams, Vikings, Browns, Cardinals
