I'm hoping the defense could be good enough this year to do a little work without the offense always having to jump out to leads but I agree.

When we drafted him I said that the plays you see Diggs make on the ball downfield just aren't common, even for NFL players.
He tracks and highpoints the ball like a WR, he's very handsy throughout the route and doesn't have the best deep speed so I think you'll see him give up some plays but he'll balance that out by making plays on the ball that we haven't seen out of a CB in about 20+ years.

His plays on the ball were what stood out to me the most. As you said, traits similar to a receiver. With some technique refinement and better recognition, he could be deadly.
