At this point I want to win the division and see if Dallas can steal a wild card win.
That would be a pretty nice accomplishment with all the injuries Dallas has had.

This was the conclusion to the season that I had hoped for but then thought was lost after that awful performance on Thanksgiving.

No matter if we make it into the playoffs or not, the mission has been accomplished -- McCarthy has the team finishing the season on a positive and he's got the trust of the players too.

I think those are going to be key factors in us having a successful season in 2021.

Yeah I think this team is starting to at least find some of a groove. Some guys are showing they may be good players for us next year. This offense is at least exciting. I want to win next week if for nothing else to end the season on a 4 game winning streak. Something to build off of for McCarthy. Just fix the run defense for next year.

The Bucs are pretty good but I'm not sure their defense is.
Not saying they wouldn't curbstomp Dallas but that Bucs team is the type of team that could lay an egg in a playoff game.

Fix run defense and get a rangy free safety.
