I don't know all the details about this situation, but from my understanding the Broncos were made to play because their QBs intentionally broke protocol. So it was essentially a "you reap what you sow" situation.

I know Chris Mortensen is dealing with medical issues and ESPN is probably only keeping him on board to help with his medical coverage, but man listening to him at this stage in his life makes me cringe in embarrassment for him.

I don't understand why they don't just put him on payroll but just have him focus on off camera stuff.
