I've said this before, but he's getting a lot of praise for a guy who is not actually playing very well. I do believe he'll get better, but he's been getting beat a lot.

Worley hasn't been much better unfortunately.

I do believe getting Brown and Awuzie back would help this defense. Not a lot, but it would help.

At least Diggs looks close to breaking through. Worley isn't even in the vicinity of making a play.

I agree Hill hasn't been that bad. That said run defense has been horrific across the board on this team.

I agree, but I don't think Worley is the guy we want Diggs to strive to be better than.

Diggs has been in position on some plays, but has been out on others. He has a long way to go.

I think he has gotten so used to the Garrett mantra of steady the ship, keeping the course, things will get better. The problem is we don't appear to be getting any better. Jaylon amd the rest of the defense looks so confused out there. They have no idea of assignments. It's a bunch of guys running around hoping to make a play. It's just flat bad.

I have more faith in this offense being able to come back in a game than ever before. But the defense has to show something. They need to at least be able to do something well. But they can't. They can't stop the short stuff, can't stop the long stuff, can't stop the run, can't rush the passer. Just nothing to even build off of.

Again was there anything about the defense that gives you hope they are on the right path? If anything it seems to be getting worse. But I guess my hope for real change is useless. They made their minds up.
