Sorry, but it's not.Sorry, but that's a load of crap.

If a punter pins an offense at the 1 and a safety is the result, do you give all credit to the punter for the safety? No.Sorry, but that's a load of crap.
Sorry Pollard fan, but it 100% IS. That fuck up and putting his team at the 1-yard line is ALL on him.Sorry, but it's not.
It's a weird tweet, definitely. When did the "safety" and "missed XP's become the offense's fault? Defense is fucking this team. Talking about anything else is a waste of time.
That's not what you originally said. Of course the team being at the 1 was Pollard's fault. You claim the safety was all on him, which is not true.Sorry Pollard fan, but it 100% IS. That fuck up and putting his team at the 1-yard line is ALL on him.
I see it as a completely misguided waste of time. It's a weird tweet, definitely.
I think he's trying to say, "imagine how many points they could put up without these screw ups."
But he's confusing concepts because taking the safety away doesn't give the offense more points, and missing XPs isn't the offense's fault.
Just an odd thought process all around given that his foundational thought - that they are putting up a lot of points even while missing on some easy points and thus it could be even better - is sound.
The point is that he put them at the 1 in the first place. If he's doesn't screwup like that, the offense is never in that position. Therefore it's on him. It's unrealistic to expect any offense to never have a negative play. That's not what you originally said. Of course the team being at the 1 was Pollard's fault. You were right for half the post. The point is that he put them at the 1 in the first place. If he's doesn't screwup like that, the offense is never in that position. Therefore it's on him. It's unrealistic to expect any offense to never have a negative play.
Failing a 2 point isn't really a fuck up. We went for them because of the situation and you're not always going to be perfect on those plays. It's a weird tweet, definitely.

Man, we got some thin-skinned bitches on this defense. A few weeks ago it was Griffen. Now this guy.
But but but....Jerry and the coaching staff said the effort was great and that they didn't understand how anyone could question this team's effort.
It's the Cowboys brand. It goes to a lot of these guys heads. They don't have to work as hard for recognition or big contracts like players in other markets.I hate those types.
It does show you why they aren't getting any better though. They are playing like total dog shit and yet not even then do they want to accept any culpability.
Sadly, this is not surprising.
Because he came back from the injury...Why the fuck did Jerry say "courageous"? Was Jaylon playing with a bullet wound or something? A broken leg?
That would be wonderful
