Man, we got some thin-skinned bitches on this defense. A few weeks ago it was Griffen. Now this guy.
I hate those types.

It does show you why they aren't getting any better though. They are playing like total dog shit and yet not even then do they want to accept any culpability.

Sadly, this is not surprising.

In that scenario I'm guessing the Washingtons or Chargers or jets trade up. Somebody will probably still take Lawrence at 1.
Dont think Chargers would since they just drafted Herbert.

He's looked pretty good, too.

But compared to Lawrence...
Just think they will look at it being too soon. Just one year and I know its happened before. Compared to what they would have to give up to move up I think they just build around Herbert.

When did the "safety" and "missed CP's become the offense's fault? Defense is fucking this team. Talking about anything else is a waste of time.
The safety is absolutely the offense's fault. So is the two failed 2 point conversions.

Seriously? Pollard is off the hook for pinning them at the 1 then huh? Interesting take there.
Of course he is not off the hook, but once they ended up in that situation it was on the offense to push off the goalline.

How about the XP's he's mentioning? How did the offense screw those up too?
They are one the hook for the 2 point fails. They aren't for the XP misses, obviously.

Set up to fail. That's my point. That goes on the special teams for a monumental fuck up, not for the offense being stuck there.

You know how rare a safety is anymore? The safety was just as much on the offense as it was on Pollard putting them there.

Agreed.

Obviously Pollard shouldn't have put them in that position.

That said, can't let the safety happen. That part is on the offense.
