At end of the Chiefs/Titans game, when they reviewed the Henry non-fumble refs gave option for chiefs to allow 10-second runoff with clock stoppage or to call timeout to prevent runoff.

Chiefs called TO but someone made good point that they should’ve taken the runoff and saved TO for next play.
