Yeah. But can you tell me that there isn't a distinct advantage to having 3 of your last for games of the season be at home, against division opponents? Or not having to travel before a short week? Go take a look at the Giants schedule, then look again at ours. That's what we're talking about by gaining an advantage via the schedule makers.
The Giants will be able to stay in the thick of things until the very end unless they really unravel early. It is a huge advantage.

I heard a Giants fan on the radio today complaining about their schedule.

He had 3 specific complaints.

1. They have something like 4 games where their opponent is coming off of a bye.

2. They don't have any back to back West coast road games, so they will have to go back and forth each time (I believe the Giants and eagles specifically asked the league for back to backs on the west coast; the eagles got it but the Giants did not).

3. They play the cowboys in December with the cowboys coming off of a 10 day rest.
