52. New England (MIN) – Robert Woods, WR, Southern Cal
53. Cincinnati – Johnathan Franklin, RB, UCLA
54. Miami (IND) – Darius Slay, CB, Mississippi State
55. Green Bay – David Bakhtiari, OT, Colorado
56. Seattle – Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
57. Houston – Margus Hunt, DE, SMU
58. Denver – Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
59. New England – Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
60. Atlanta – Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford

I don't see Cyprien making it past Cincy. They had him in very late in the process, which is a pretty strong tip off.

“@brixxmcrae: If the Boys target a RB who do you think it will be?” ... OSU's Joseph Randle.
This would be a terrible choice as well. I don't like the player...at all.

Sources confirm that Garrett appeared so upset last night at 18 because he wanted Sharrif Floyd. Overruled by Jerry & Stephen.
Impossible.

Garrett and Ciskowski are the real power brokers and Jerry just breaks ties and stuff.

I predict Bennie Logan, Joseph Randle and J.J. Wilcox. :budd
I like Bennie Logan but it would be high for him in my opinion. I don't like Randle or Wilcox much at all. Wilcox is a pure shot in the dark based on potential. Small school guy who hasn't even played much safety in his career. Randle is a total WGAF running back.

Logan is supposedly who they are in love with, which means we won't be patient until the third round. Randle is a complete dime a dozen back, if that even. Wilcox is our typical project pick we always make.

I can so easily see it rolling out this way and it makes me intensely angry.

I could see it rolling out that way as well. I just don't know how anyone that has watched football could have someone like Logan over Short assuming they both last to our pick. I can understand thinking Jenkins, Hankins, Williams and Williams aren't good fits for our defense but I don't know I would label Bennie Logan as any sort of a quick twitch guy either.

But that’s just members of the media. What did NFL teams think? Ed Werder of ESPN surveyed five NFL teams and asked for their grades on Frederick. One team rated him a fourth-round pick, two had him as a fifth-round pick, one had him as a sixth-round pick and one had him as a borderline sixth- or seventh-round pick.

Based on my random survey of five teams, here is where Cowboys No. 1 Travis Frederick was on draft boards: 4th (1), 5th (2), 6 (1), 6-7 (1)

He asked five teams. Hardly a representative sample. Hell, he probably asked teams that have top shelf centers.

NFL Radio has been talking all day about us targeting Tyrann Mathieu in the 3rd with one of our picks. Anybody ever heard of us being interested in him? I haven't.

I feel like I heard we were looking at him.

Hopefully as a safety, though. Which means that we could go OL/DL again the 2nd.
