That squeaky wheel got the grease. Reportedly traded to Seattle for a 1st and 3rd in 2021 and a 1st in 2022. Seattle gets a 4th rounder back and also gave the Jets S Bradley McDougald.

He's gotten so bad that nobody wants to work with him. He's effectively been exiled to his own show, although I've never listened and I'm not sure if it's still going.

I see it differently. I see a frustrated player trying to push the right buttons to get off of that Jets team. Let's face it, saying nothing for the past month didn't get him anywhere and basically allows the Jets to keep things status quo. So now he's back to trying the 'poke the bear'...
