I just read a news article about it and they mentioned that if convicted, he's looking at a minimum sentence of 10 years. According to their interpretation of the law, that was required and not something that could be reduced any lower, only that it could in fact be greater than 10 years, but...

That's crazy stuff. If it's true and those guys are convicted, I'd have to think that their careers are over.
