There have been a few plays where he looked just as shitty as last year, but overall he hasn't been terrible. I can't tell how much of it is just scheme and us running well though, plus relatively average edge rushers for the Eagles.

Parsons wouldn't have helped much of anything here, he might've made a splash play to stop a drive, and maybe in a game this tight that would've been enough, but I don't think he'd have transformed any of this.

I think our traditional run defense (i.e. not QB scrambles) might actually be good. Barkley has 2 carries for like 25ish yards and the TD when our backup DTs were in, 9/36ish otherwise.

I could see this. Either our defense gets ran over and our offense becomes predictable as they fall behind (blowout), or the run defense holds up, Hurts struggles as a passer, and their secondary struggles with our weapons in the passing game (surprise win).
