If you mean a 8ish win team that could maybe get to 10 with a little luck, sure, but they aren't actually good. I think it's more like people just assume they're going to be a 6ish win team but they're actually closer to average to above average than most think.

We can find better players in FA than him for the price he's likely going to cost. Travis Jones or Odafe Oweh from the Ravens in particular are guys I'd rather pay 25/year to than Pickens.
