    Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

I'm in a much better place these days. It took things getting really, really bad to break down and get help/deal with my shit. Why not? Even when it was dogshit I always had a good time watching games with the chatter thread up. Break my heart Jerry. Just like old times. :towel

It didn't. Truth was I was in a bad place with life, struggling to enjoy the game at all and trying to mix it up instead of just taking a breather.

    The Outrage Thread

Virtue signaling is the worst part of it. When it's people that aren't even the target of a given joke that are feigning outrage for social credit. It's vapid.

CVG but it's all been cargo side. Haven't had to waive at or talk to a customer in years. Don't miss it.

Yeah, he plays one of the brothers that are at the center of the show. The other brother is Peter Krause (think he's currently playing a fire chief in 911 or something, was also in Sports Night.)

    Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

I don't know honestly. May seem weird but I haven't watched much football in recent years. Drifted off to reddit for keeping up with sports and chatting with random names you never even pay attention to by the thousand just doesn't hit the same. Also been working Sundays and Mondays for a...

    Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

Randomly nostalgic for what I want to say was Romo's first Thanksgiving game against maybe Tampa? I remember being on my uncle's back porch with my dad. Uncle was a Bengals fan and figured Romo would wash up within a year. Dad died in 20 and that Uncle died a few months ago. Nostalgia hits...

Don't know if you ever gave it a look when it first aired but I just started a rewatch of Six Feet Under. Somewhat forgotten HBO classic from the same time. If you have Netflix - Band of Brothers, The Pacific and SFU are all on there at the moment. Really miss when there were only a couple...

It was Lowe's. Don't miss it - EZ was a bit of a prophet with the homo depot photoshop years prior. I've been working airport ramp jobs for most of the last decade. :towel

Super Bowl XLIX Gameday Chatter | Patriots vs Seahawks | 2-1-2015

I'm shocked that after Suzy and Steve relate specific experiences they had with Scott, Ray has to chime in and take it directly to gawd. Cool seeing the old bits of Sports Night though.

PFT: League likely will be saying more about ball controversy this morning

This has to be distracting. I feel like various members of the Pats organization have had press conference after press conference all week about this shit.

I think Rutgers will develop into a valuable part of the Big Ten. Eventually. I wish it had been something along the lines of Rutgers and Cincinnati instead.

    2015 College Football Chatter

I'm curious to see how much extra attention the conference is going to get next season between OSU winning the championship, Michigan State finishing in the top five for the second straight year and Harbaugh taking over at Michigan. Certainly good times for the conference. Couldn't have...

    2015 College Football Chatter

Harbaugh is going to turn Michigan around in a hurry. During the OSU National Title celebration at Ohio Stadium, Miller talked about having "one more year" to do it again. Not sure if that was a confirmation that he's coming back, seemed that way though.
