Replacing Tyron, Biadasz and Pollard only gets them back to where they started from.

In the meantime, who replaces Boozestrong, or Hankins, or even Fowler?

Probably true, but they tend to double down on their mistakes. I don't see them taking another QB early in the draft unless out of nowhere they come up with a trade of Lance or Dak. Which I doubt happens.
