How long do you give Tyron before something blows yet again?
It's gonna happen eventually, sure...but if the guy wants to go how can you keep our best LT off the field?

Tyler is making hay at the most important position on the OL. He is our next generation LT. I see no reason to jack with it. If you just have to play Tyron put him at G.
If you're moving Tyron anywhere other than LT, it would have to be RT and Steele/Martin does not need to be toyed with currently.

We also don't know that this will blow up in our faces to be true.
I agree with that, but why take the chance when what we are doing is working very well. Did you see the chart Nuttzy posted? Our ratio on sacks is amazing right now.

I have a wife and 4 daughters. And I've never seen this much wailing and gnashing of teeth over shit that hasn't happened.
I feel for you, bro. Thats a helluva lot of estrogen in one man's life.

With his current physical status, can we say for sure he is our best LT, right now? Yes, he has been an elite tackle his entire career, but his body is breaking down and he may not be our best anymore.

But he has caused the numbers to go through the roof, both in running and receiving.

It is all working well right now.

They are committed to the running game, milking the clock, and Dak is well-protected and not expected to bear the weight of the offense on every snap.

I don't understand why they get away from this.
I don't think they will. Zeke came out and looked pretty good on that opening drive. Yet Pollard still got his touches.

I don't care who "starts" the game. As long as they keep using both guys situationally like they did against the Vikes. Play to the situation and the hot hand.

this is my thought as well. This is not the Tyron of old, and living on rep is not wise.

Exactly, so let Tyron play the swing for the rest of the year and evaluate it again in the offseason.

I would give him a solid B. Which is amazing for a rookie at LT.
Was watching the Colts\Eagles and the Colts are playing a rookie LT as well. It's like night and day between the two players. Really makes you appreciate what we have in Tyler (his name still confuses me because when we thought he was going to play guard his name is the combination of the two players that would have played next to him) Smith. Always heard as an offensive lineman they were doing good if you didn't hear the commentators saying their name. Well I haven't heard his name since the first week.

To be clear, I would not want to rush him out there as soon as he comes off the bands.

Give him a couple weeks to get in to shape and get some serious work in practice.

And I would like to see Malik get a series or two, you never know when you're going to have to count on your 3rd RB as you work through the playoffs.

Would much rather he have some live experience too.

This brings me to another point. When you are up 3+ scores, get Micah Parsons off the fucking field.

Got a TV and recliner in my garage.
Yeah buddy, gotta have that space.

I recently picked up an industrial pizza oven and a kegerator, too, so it's gonna take some doing to bring me back inside.

Almost feeling like taking back my positive posts from yesterday. :lol

Yes, there's a time to add talent. There's also time to recognize great chemistry and leave a good thing alone. If it ain't broke...

I've been loving that idea for a while now, but am getting stingy and want to carve a path to the Super Bowl.
