You can tell by the way they dragged it out for so long, and the way they talked about it when it was done. How there's less pie to go around and so forth. They did not want to agree to that contract and they backed themselves into a corner until it was as bad as it could be.

That's generally what I think of Stroud but I think Young has special qualities in terms of pocket presence, manipulating the pocket and accuracy down field.

He hasn't played much yet but look for Caleb Williams. He reminds me of Young but a little bigger. Young is awfully small.

Even ignoring the Dak situation, Moore's offense looked exactly the same tonight, which is a pretty big indictment despite the obvious lack of talent at WR.
Two dumbass trick plays with no set up on the very first drive of the game, sloppy execution (bungled WR screen), no real creativity in the running game, and absolutely nothing tailored to get Pollard the ball in space.
He just isn't it.
