yep, but taking the backup qb position for granted is all on him. Dalton was the only time they took it seriously.
Totally. It's all on them.

What I hated in 2015 was hearing Goof Son talking about it without a care in the world because he knew the media and fans would just focus on the injuries. And they did.

Nah, not here. He may not be around next year depending on the cap hit if he’s cut.

I honestly think the Joneses are bitter about Dak's contract. I think that bitterness has even influenced some of their decisions.

So i agree, if this is how Dak is going to be, they're absolutely going to move on.

They are bitter about his contract?

That would be pretty fucking retarded. A starting NFL QB has a price tag.

I just think they are fucking cheap and want to save whatever the fuck they can for their perverted family interests.

As shitty as Prescott played tonight, you pay for a starter. That is just the way it is.

This is about as down as I have ever been on Prescott.

It is like the dude had never played a game. He played scared all game and then he smashes his hand on a helmet.

Just weak.
That was the worst I’ve seen him. His arm looked below avg and he had happy feet. All you can do is laugh at this point. You don’t let all your WRs go when you have cap room. Without a true number 1 we might as well Tank.

Exactly.

The sad thing is he’ll almost certainly get extended at an outrageous rate.

I think I'll be out long before that happens

Those feet weren't "happy".

That was a guy who had zero confidence in himself and what the fuck the plan was, if there was one.

He was missing on quite a few easy throws.
Don't think he is all that tough mentally.
I was going to say, from the Chaz Green game ruining him for half a season to his odd fixation on Dennis Houston to needing WRs to be wide open to throw to them, he's kind of off mentally. Like his confidence is really fragile or something. Hard to put a finger on it but something is off.

Plain and simple, he is a limited QB.

He was somewhat special when he could use his mobility.

Now we see a pocket QB that quite honestly is not that good.

Finding a QB in this league is very difficult, I get it. But this is not a guy that is a cornerstone player.

Also, Dak is officially injury prone. Gone the whole year with the ankle. Then hurts his shoulder before practice because he didn't warm up. Then the calf. Now this.

I'll say this though. I don't think this injury happens if we kept our offense intact from last year. We were doing a lot of plays born out of desperation from not having enough good players.

This just gives him a chance to write the whole year off with no consequences, just like 2015 when they completely laid down and didn't even try to win.

Actually speaking of 2015, the scary part of this is if they now start trading away assets to desperately try to stay afloat like they did in 15.
