My hope is whichever Republican gets elected next, they go scorched earth and make it harder to lose power to the Democrats. Change election laws to benefit conservative/republicans

The democrats have shown they have no respect for law or the constitution. Fuck ‘‘em. If one party is going to blow shit up, I’d rather it be my party.

I don’t care anymore.
I'm coming around to your way of thinking.
I mean, once the "old guard" of Democrats, Schumer types are gone and there are enough AOC types to blow it all up, they will, so the Pubs might as well ram through things like Constitutional Carry, Abortion ban, federal ban on CRT, ban teaching gender theory and sexual orientation crap in schools, pass school choice, heck, abolish the IRS while they're at it.
Lock in the number of SCOTUS Justices to nine.

The absolute first, and I mean as soon as the inauguration is over is, launch a select committee and investigation into Fauci and put that motherfucker in jail. Start there, and we can worry about other shit the next day.
Government officials don’t go to jail tho. Investigations are a colossal waste of time and money. I’m not saying it’s not entertaining because it is, but I don’t expect anyone to actually go to jail.

I don't either, but they should bare minimum make that motherfucker miserable having to go through a trial process.

Just going off the clip I would say no but there has to be more to the story.
I mean probably a big dick move to ride the skateboard directly at the car parked right there. But I'm sure there was more that led up to it.

Even if its just that to pull a gun because your car might get damaged a little is excessive. Chance of taking a life vs repairs (that most likely will be paid by someone else).

My guess is this isn't the first incident and this guy and those dudes have history.

Even so, you can't just pull a gun. Brandishing is against the law. Nothing in this video clip showed that he may have thought his life or somebody else's life was in danger.

If this guy thinks he can just pull a gun to intimidate and/or get his way, he's asking for trouble. Eventually, he'll run up against somebody that won't just walk away like this dude did.

It's guys like this that give lawful carrying folks a bad name.

Oh, I agree. I wasn't defending the dude, just trying to reason out a backstory. He should not have pulled that gun out. I guess I was trying to determine a reason why he did it since it was such a bad idea.

The back story is pretty minimal.

Punk kids were making a skateboarding video at a church in Gilbert, Arizona.

Gun guy decides he does not like punk kids skateboarding at the church and confronts them, telling them to leave.

They were like no, if you want us to leave call the cops. Gun guy drives around the parking lot, parks for a minute, then you see what was on the video. The punk kids take their stuff and leave in a vehicle. Gun guy follows them for a good while. The next day, the punk kids decided to call the cops themselves. The church had the video and it turns out that the gun guy wasn't even a member of the church. He just decided to teach those punks a lesson.

If that is all true, then he needs to be arrested and charged with brandishing/terrorizing. There is no excuse for that shit.

Yeah here we call it unlawful use of a weapon. Would be different if it was the guys own property. But yeah too many people think flashing their gun around in a threatening manner is acceptable.
