Fuck Chris Paul.

That scumbag doesn't deserve shit so I would absolutely love it if my Mavs eliminated him.
CP3 is about to foul out. This is glorious.

Up 14!

That should be enough to seal this one.

Paul is definitely full of shit with his shenanigans but I have a soft spot for him. Don't really care who wins this particular series but I'd be surprised if Dallas can win 2/3 with two in Phoenix.

They won't, that was classic NBA officiating. They gave the big star his foul game on the road. He and the whole team will be home free back in Phoenix.

I remember after his first 3 games in Philly, most people were crowing them the favorites to come out of the East. :lol

No they were not. A ton of people were even saying the sixers lost that trade, which is absurd.

The sixers supporting cast is garbage after the top 4. That's the issue, along with Embiid's health.

Here's the thing about Harden.

You can question him all you want. That's fine. I think based on the current state of the team the Sixers needed Harden to step up and he wasn't able to, because of Embiid's health and how much attention Embiid got on every possession.

That's not the point though.

The Sixers were stuck between a rock and a hard place with Simmons with no leverage. Who else were they going to trade for? Getting a player of Harden's caliber for Simmons was best case scenario.

Harden isn't a top 5, top 10 or whatever player but that's fine. He wasn't brought in to save the franchise, he was brought in to salvage a bad situation with Simmons.

And honestly they're better off with Harden than Simmons, or at least no worse.

If your takeaway is that Harden isn't clutch or isn't elite or whatever you guys are saying, you've missed the point entirely. That's not why he's in Philly.
