Tyron Smith is a stud. Shut down JPP. A few years back I thought JPP was going to dominate the league. Now not so much.

Great pass protection on the last drive. No Giant ever got near Romo.

That play where Brandon Jacobs only had Heath to beat for a TD was huge. Good play by Heath, but what was Jacobs doing? He didn't even try to run him over or he could've cut inside. Set up Dallas holding them to FG.

You mean except for the 4 times they sacked him?

The protection was perfect on the big 3rd and 10 to Beasley though which basically clinched the game.

He said last drive. But the pocket wasn't as perfect as he remembers. There were a couple times the heat was there.
I forgot you can't say anything positive around here.

Fine, a couple times the pocket wasn't perfect, but they never got near Romo to disrupt any throws. I really thought the Giants would bring the heat on that last drive.

The Giants players (mainly JPP and Tuck) are still talking shit on twitter. Even after getting their asses beat.

NFL changes Bryant's receiving totals
November, 25, 2013

By Calvin Watkins | ESPNDallas.com

IRVING, Texas -- NFL officials have changed the statistics on a Dez Bryant reception in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys-Giants game on Sunday.

Bryant, who made a reception, then fumbled the ball backward, is now credited with having minus-11 yards on the play. The Cowboys lost a total of 16 yards on the play.

Instead of finishing with 102 receiving yards, Bryant will now have 86 receiving yards.

Also, Tony Romo loses 16 yards in total passing yards and saw his total drop to 234.

The Cowboys' net passing yards falls to 204.

When the game was over, the Cowboys finished with 327 total yards but it's been decreased to 311.

Tom Coughlin upset by trash talk
Updated: November 25, 2013, 4:32 PM ET
By Kieran Darcy | ESPNNewYork.com

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin isn't happy about his team's performance Sunday, and he isn't happy about their performance leading up to the game, either.

A day after the Giants' 24-21 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, Coughlin said he was unaware of the trash talk coming out of his team's locker room in the days leading up to the game.

"I don't believe in that stuff," Coughlin said. "I think you play the game -- talk is cheap, play the game. I don't see anything that gets accomplished by the verbalization part of it."

Giants safety Terrell Thomas made the boldest comment of all, guaranteeing a Giants victory in an interview on Sirius XM NFL Radio. Defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul told reporters, "We're going to put it on [the Cowboys]," and "There's going to be a lot of blood spilled out there."

The Cowboys were clearly motivated by all the chatter -- they said so after the game. Cowboys defensive tackle Jason Hatcher even went so far as to smear fake blood over his face in the locker room after the game.

Coughlin said he plans to address this issue with his team when they reconvene on Wednesday.

"We've never been a team that has been one to provide bulletin-board material," Coughlin said. "I understand there was a little bit of that last week, and I don't believe in any of that. As a matter of fact, speak out very strongly against it."

In the Giants' locker room Monday afternoon, Thomas was asked if the Cowboys' reaction to his guarantee and the other talk was over the line.

"Not at all. They won, that's what you're supposed to do," Thomas said. "My statement, I stand by it. Our season was on the line and their season was on the line and they won the big game. They came into our house and won, the better team won."

Pierre-Paul was not present during the time period the locker room was open to the media. But the few other Giants that were took no issue with the Cowboys, either.

"They won the game, they have the right to be as happy as they want to be," safety Antrel Rolle said.

"They beat us twice this year, they got the right to talk trash," defensive end Cullen Jenkins said. "You can't get irritated with it now. We should have done something about it during the games."

The Giants' second loss to the Cowboys was a crippling blow to their chances of making the playoffs. At 4-7, they now sit two games behind both the Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles in the standings with five games to play, and in very poor tiebreaker position as well.

But Coughlin and his players vowed Monday not to give up.

"We've got a lot to play for," Coughlin said. "We have a five-game schedule, we're playing against some outstanding football teams. We're trying to assert ourselves. We're not executing as well as we can, in all three phases at the same time for sure. So I'm looking for that."

"We're still gonna go out there and we're gonna fight," running back Andre Brown said. "You never know what's gonna happen at the end of the season. Go out there and get hot again and go out there and play games and win. And hopefully some things fall in our lap."

I think something that was overlooked is that Jason Campbell got a concussion from a Gay sack.

I was on board with the 3 knees before the FG. A different situation, but like I said a few weeks ago we should've did that against the Lions and secured that W.
