YET,
he still got job quicker then this thread aged and for a SB contender.
:;)
And I am loving it. He can only distract their defensive coaches and impede the progress of their younger players.
He is a waste of space on the field.
Case in point, fans will look directly at videos like Breakemdown's tweet
and fucking ignore Smith's utter failure and direct culpability.
Watch that play-- like a million others-- he takes himself out of the play cutting to the defensive left for no good reason and the RB tears right by him uncontested.
They'll say shit like "everybody messes up" or "we don't know the specific assignments on that play". And then they'll immediately turn around and talk about how great this guy is-- it's fucking hilarious. I mean, I challenge you to find one
great play this guy ever made!
I can't wait to see the first ESPN highlight of Jaylon Smith making a simple tackle too far downfield for the Packers with an inane voiceover "... and Jaylon Smith, already paying dividends for the Packers".
When in reality he ends up making NO IMPACT for the Packers, "fans" will claim "well, he had no training camp with them" or "he had no time to crack the starting lineup".
Fucking. Comical.
