That's what happens when you have to carry this crappy offense, amirite? What's up with Dez's recurring back problems?

I was one of those for sure. The kid gets open for short gains and is like having a good short yardage back in the open field. The man is a role-player and will never be more than that, but Beasley's making the roster is way down on my list of disappointments this season.Funny what a few weeks can do. At the start of the season a lot of folks wanted Beasley dropped at the nearest dumpster.
He was supposed to be the Patriots' 4th option, or lower.Having Julian Edelman as your 4th receiving option is pretty nice.
Yea and if you have good outside WR's a guy like Edelman or Beasley to complement them is perfect. He was supposed to be the Patriots' 4th option, or lower.
I thought shrimp Beasley was too small to play. He's starting to change my mind. He has a role.I was one of those for sure. Frankly I think Murray, Dunbar, Harris, Austin, Witten, and even Escobar should be getting those catches. Beasley benefits from being underestimated in the open field where other far more dangerous receiving options divert the defense's attention.
He's a nonfactor in the redzone and has no chance of becoming a long-time starting WR. In 15 receptions the kid has one catch over 20 yards. Both Harris and Escobar each have longer plays (Escobar has two) with a combined 3 fewer receptions. His 9.7 YPC ranks 120th among NFL receiving targets-- basically he's a less productive Julian Edelman.
Woo hoo.
Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said on KRLD-FM that if the game were today Hatcher wouldn't play, and that his availability for Sunday should be a game-time decision.
Jones said there are no disk issues with the receiver.
I started to forget he is even on the team anymore.Austin with a hamstring problem? Oh no!
