we have handled the virus which ruined the economic gains.
You can blame Fauci and the states' governors for that. They are the ones that down our economy over a virus with a 99% recovery rate. I said from the very beginning that was a terrible mistake, and lookie here.

The co-founder of one of the most influential and staunchly conservative organizations (Federalist Society) argues Trump should be impeached for suggesting that the election should be delayed.

Just another normal day in America for a completely normal President.
You can't impeach a president for suggesting something.

He shouldn't be impeached over it, but personally he may have lost my vote (again) over it.

There are some things he has done well with the economy, taking on Big Pharma etc. I will give him credit for that. But his other weaknesses, instability and lack of foresight out weigh that. We are no longer a world leader simply how we have handled the virus which ruined the economic gains.
Maybe you can elaborate on the virus handling. This is a world pandemic and there are too many factors involved to put all this on one person. The stats are being juggled for one because the number of known cases is being manipulated by massive testing that is going on within the USA. This skews every other stat that would be meaningful and the proof is that the increase of declared infected has exploded exponentially yet the parity of deaths does not follow the testing numbers. Everyone wants to say Trump delayed the deployment of a plan but the truth is the information was not properly disclosed by the organizations that knew what was going on. The subsequent politicizing declared him the whipping boy and this became the war chant of the liberally inclined citizen. I however am open to hear your version.

Yeah I'm with you. Not sure what I'll do with my vote yet. Can't bring myself to vote for Biden who is a disaster but it would be an ideal time for a legit third option.

I feel almost no motivation to vote because there isn't.
I hope this doesn’t prevail with you because this election cycle could be a solution to other problems or a beginning of a downhill trend that becomes the demise of the land we know.

Yes but suggesting that an election should be delayed for questionable at best reasons is unprecedented and the complete antithesis of what this country stands for.

Still doesn't mean shit. We have had sitting president's do actual crimes that they didn't get impeached for. Hell, I would argue the Iran deal with Obama was 100 times more impeachable than anything Trump has ever even dreamed up, let alone actually done.

In terms of certain things without a raging pandemic, he has some kudos due.

But he has been so overwhelmed by the virus, his lack of intellect has been exposed.

They had plenty of playbooks on how to handle pandemics from previous administrations.

He chose to ignore that and continue on his stupid fucking way. And all of the things he once was completely pushing and that now he has changed his stance is complete proof he fucked up.

He has said so many stupid and ignorant things, how you can't see that is amazing.

A playbook for this? Made by who? I don't think anyone was prepared for this. Could he have handled it better? Absolutely. But it's easy to mmqb him after the fact. The dems gave him shit for shutting off the country when he did. And then had the audacity to pretend they wanted it done sooner. I havent seen shit from anyone indicating they would've down even a marginally better job.

If you're voting for a 3rd party in this election, you are literally pissing it away.

Yeah it's the real shitty part about the 2 party system. I don't even know if there is a third party candidate this year but they never amount to anything anyway. But seriously if there was a strong third option this would be the year a guy could make some noise in my opinion. Yet there is nothing.

Ron Paul was the last one that i voted for. And as soon as he started filling up stadiums for his rallies, he was marginalized by the national media. The media are fully invested in the 2 party system. It won't change anytime soon.

So is Biden just going to piggyback on the items Trump polls well on? I actually saw a Biden ad today claiming how tough he'd be on China. From Joe Biden.

What an absolute joke.

I agree but in theory Joe and Trump shouldn't have to take opposite sides on every issue. The Dems and Republicans have been in this cycle of always feeling the need to oppose every view of the other side. But it's sort of ridiculous. Why can't both sides sometimes see what's good for this country and get together on those things.

I don’t know what my vote will be in November yet, but I will say with 100% certainty, the last 4 years, watching every liberal in the media pull their hair out, it’s been so fucking worth voting for Trump in 2016.
