League MVP is no joke, and he’s the biggest reason why his team wins.
He had a strong OL, and an above average RB.
What else? He had a strong defense, but if he’s not manufacturing big plays and scoring that defense gets tired like any other. He played and beat the NFL’s best teams. Consistently. And his offense would have been complete shit without him.
It’s one thing to say he was coached well, but it was obvious his talent did things no amount of coaching made happen.
He embarrassed people.
He took the same heavily coached stuff Dak and RG3 brought in their rookie years or Ryan Tannehill last year and turned the dial to 11.
You can hate on him all you want but you’d have put Mahomes right there before 2019 too.
Maybe the league gets wise to Jackson’s game... well he’s going to get better too. The improvement from year one to year two was amazing. Dak regressed over the same relative period.
Now, if anything, skill players around him have improved.
