I have long believed that Meyer was the best coach in college football after Saban.
Everywhere he goes, he wins and wins big.
Can that translate to the NFL? I don't know, but I do know that I would love to find out.
Dan Mullen would be my 2nd wish and I'd have no issue with Lincoln Riley.
I'd take McDaniels, but I'm always leery of those guys who go to franchises and destroy them. He basically got rid of all of Denver's talent then the guy goes and drafts Tebow.
Big red flags for me.
Regardless of who is named coach, they are going to need a legit DC and they will need the Jones family to be more flexible and less intrusive than they've been since Parcells retired. I know that it's too much to ask for them to completely slip into the shadows, but giving up some control while also empowering the HC to be the main the authority figure to the locker room would go a long ways to improving this team's chances of getting deep in January for once.
