I call bullshit on the LVE "Stinger". This is just a smoke cloud to keep more disenchanted people from giving Jerry shit for picking a guy with known neck issues.

Watch and see what it ends up being when the season is over.

With Luke Gifford needing surgery to repair a fractured arm, Leighton Vander Esch (neck) likely missing his fifth straight game, Joe Thomas battling a knee injury and Sean Lee dealing with pectoral and thigh injuries, the Cowboys are working out veteran linebackers Malcolm Smith and Ray-Ray Armstrong. Smith was in Seattle with passing game coordinator Kris Richard and. He was released last month by Jacksonville after two games. Armstrong played in five games with New Orleans this season.

Please let us sign Ray-Ray. That would be awesome.

Didn't Gifford get on the field vs. LA? Thinking it was his actual first playing time all year.

Works for me if he is better than Justin March was trying to cover Tyler Higbee.

Justin March isn't even a real LBer. He is a supposed special teams ace who calls himself a LBer. I did notice Covington got some playing time on defense and made a play or two against the Rams.

He did? I must have missed those. But I did see March look like a stiff several times.
