I've said the same thing.

Those types of penalties have been far more controversial and more of an issue throughout the NFL than PI penalties but just because the Saints and their fans bitched and whined for months on end, they addressed the issue that wasn't broken.

IMO roughing the passer penalties are the penalties that need to be reviewable. I think they're a lot more cut and dry and less subjective than PI penalties. So if the refs missed the call it's easier to fix. Whereas with PI there still seems to be a lot of guesswork involved when reviewing the play.
