The problem is so few chances to improve. Zach Martin and Demarcus Lawrence have to be a pro-bowl talents to salvage this draft. They needed so much help on defense and instead throw a bunch of band-aids at it and spin their wheels until next year.How's this...the only player the Cowboys got between picks 37 and 146 in what is considered to be a draft with lots of value in the mid-rounds is Anthony "widely regarded as an ass end of the draft type/special teamer at best if he even makes the team" Hitchens. How does that sit with you?
Did they improve the front seven from where it was? How could they not have? Did they build for the future... Crawford, Lawrence... guess that's a no.
