Watching those Booker clips, all I can notice is how slow and robotic Milton looks handing off the ball. Then we got guys like Mazi who doesn't get out of his stance when the ball is snapped.

Is it too much to ask to maybe draft/trade for players that have good football instincts instead of falling in love with "measurables"? Obviously both is preferred, but c'mon. Watching Milton drop back is like watching what AI thinks a qb should look like.

Ravi has a motive and he may not be wrong.
I think we probably should've taken Harmon but Booker is going to be a Pro Bowler somewhere along the line.

And if we had gone DT it would've been Nolen anyway.

We just cannot get the position right.
Yea I think we would've gotten there with a Zimmer type DC but Eberflus is going to prioritize "twitch" over size.

Maybe if we suck enough to get a top 10 pick they'll be in position to take Woods who will be a complete no-brainer at the position. But they'd probably find some way to fuck that up too.

The problem with the Kiffin scheme (that is basically what this is) is that it requires unicorns to work. And he had Sapp…so…

The replay sucks about as bad as it rolled out live.

The Ravens dominated the tempo and Visor Boi had no answers.

Milton is a “slow processor”.

In other words, he is a step below Quincy Carter in terms of brain. But golly, he has the bazooka arm.

You can just tell which QB's see the game too slowly and Milton is an extreme example of that.

It's fine, because scratching out some pointless 8-9 record if Dak goes down again does nothing. I also think the FO is starting to feel like they have to passively look for Dak's successor, and the sooner they know it's not Milton the better.

Things might take care of themselves if Prescott gets injured. That means probably means top 5 and the comfortable Nussmeier selection.

Any failed baseball pitchers looking to play QB?

I'm not totally against Nussmeier, I prefer Klubnik but things can obviously change drastically after the upcoming season.

I also think Manning is waiting to see who ends up in the top 5 before deciding, if it's the Saints, us or a few others I could see him coming out and having his family pull the same shit they did with Eli. Obviously he has to play well this year to do that though.

I dont know. He and Archie were pretty adamant about not leaving early. Money isnt the same issue as it was back then since he probably makes more at UT than a rookie deal.

There is no way that kid is not the top pick in whatever draft he declares, whether he deserves it or not.

I agree but I think they want to be choosy with where he goes and if a team (or teams) they like are in the top 5 I think he'll come out.

I assume the Saints are top of the list, probably us and a few others.

I thought the Saints were one of the teams but Archie (grandfather) was adamant recently that he would not be coming out early. Even with the Saints being thought of possibly getting the top pick.

Maybe, that'd be interesting if so. They're pretty terrible at the moment so I could see them not wanting him to go there.

Archie mentioned Dallas a year or so ago I think and it'd make sense given the WR and OL talent, assuming we keep Pickens.

Can you imagine the hysteria?
