That's not a lesson people with big egos usually learn. They don't get humbled, they point fingers.
When you point there are always 4 fingers pointing back at you. He is a Turd that will wash out quick.

It's funny, I saw a clip with Ward and Sanders. And he said something to Ward about dropping a song together or something and Ward basically said, I'm a football player not a rapper. Sanders got all buttburt and asked if he had any other hobbies. And Ward just told him, Football is it. It's a perfect example of the difference between a dude who had to work his ass off for every football opportunity he has gotten and a kid that has been handed a starting job everywhere he has gone.

A superstar third stringer.

It is hard to follow their logic unless they think they were right or that they are going to attempt to leverage the two they have a trade one. It is hard to see them doing that in a single preseason.

While the Cowboys did not have any plans on drafting a quarterback after acquiring Milton, as two names slipped, they became more of a consideration for Dallas: Shedeur Sanders and Quinn Ewers.

Sanders is someone that Jerry Jones pounded the table for in Thursday night’s press conference to be drafted by a quarterback-needy team. While conversations did continue behind closed doors, there was an expectation that Dallas would have had to trade back into the fourth round to get him. That obviously never made it further than the concept phase, and Sanders was finally selected with the No. 144 selection by the Cleveland Browns, just five picks before the Cowboys went on the clock for the first time on day three.

Ewers was someone that Schottenheimer saw throw at Texas’ Pro Day back in 2024 for receivers Xavier Worthy and Adonai Mitchell, and he had kept his eye on the DFW-raised signal-caller. His name was another that got thrown around in the draft room on day three, but Dallas resorted to filling needs at other spots. Ewers was finally selected in the seventh round by the Miami Dolphins.

Thank you Cleveland for saving us from from the headaches that might have been... We very well could have taken Sanders instead of going with Blue.

Well. This news makes me so comfortable. And uncomfortable at that same time.

JFC, can you imagine if we'd had our fourth and used it on him?

Maybe Mingo wasn't totally useless after all.
